Our story
MICHI CRAFT KITCHEN was founded in 2016 and has two directly operated stores in Metro Vancouver. “Michi” refers to “chicken wings stuffed with rice” in Chinese. It was originated from Cantonese Dim Sum and has become one of the most favourite light meals among youngsters. As our signature dish, "Michi” is handmade with selected local ingredients through four procedures: Deboning̶ Curing̶Filling̶Grilling. According to legend, such cooking method was created by combining traditional techniques with local ingredients during the migration of the ancient Hakkas. This coincides with our commitment to study traditional cuisine and innovate healthy cuisine with high-quality local ingredients.
Our dishes
By combining local tastes and high-quality ingredients, we have created some innovative dishes such as Crunchy Michi with toppings, Michi Plus (Stuffed Turkey Wings) and so on, so that every one of our products are unique and cooked with sincerity.
